A seasoned entrepreneur and executive with more than 15 years of international business experience and building companies. Thomas has 10 years experience from the gaming industry where he amongst other things founded the Gamefederation group. In addition to being Executive Chairman, Thomas is also acting as Commercial Director for ISD. He has a MSc in financial and managerial economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Johan Berg
Born in 1970.
CEO and President

Johan was appointed CEO in 2010 and prior to that, he was the company’s CFO, a position he held from 2001. Before joining ISD, Johan worked with real estate transactions and strategy at JM, a Swedish real estate company. Johan is active on a number of board of directors in Sweden. His education includes Master of Science, Real Estate Economics (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm).

Kent Harrskog
Born in 1944.
Lieutenant General at the Swedish Air Force reserve.
Board member since 2006.
Previously held various positions in the Swedish Armed Forces like Chief of The Swedish Air Force, Joint Sector Commander as well as International Military Adviser to the Swedish Government.
Member of The Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences, Society of Experimental Test Pilots and Association of Former European Air Force Chiefs.
